Time since Br03-CORE-6506-1 switched to active is 5 days, 19 hours, 49 minutes
System returned to ROM by  power cycle at 15:33:41 UTC Wed Apr 30 2014 (SP by power on)
System restarted at 16:03:27 CDT Tue Jun 10 2014
System image file is "sup-bootdisk:s72033-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI13.bin"

Greg,

MPLS is supported in SUP720-3B. Please check the below datasheet,

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-6500-series-switches/product_data_sheet09186a0080159856.html

Can you share the error you are getting while tryign to configure the command?. Were you able to enable mpls ip under interfaces?.

I believe the reason is that your have WS-F6700-DFC3A on LC1 and my guess is system is falling into PFC3A mode.

Please see Table 1. DFC3 Supported Combinations on link below

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-6500-series-switches/prod_bulletin0900aecd8017a5db.html

Can you please collect the output of "show platform hardware pfc mode"

Best Regards,

Bheem
