What is the difference between SmartNet and PSS? in terms of pricing, level of support presented...etc.

Hi,

PSS normally gives the existing capabilities of the Cisco commerce tools to eliminate the need for specialized training or process requirements. The quoting, ordering, and renewals process for Cisco PSS is the same as it is for ordering any other service offer through Cisco Service Contract Center, or Cisco Commerce Workspace. Ordering through Services Management System v3 (SMS3) is not available.

SMARtnet covers traditional Cisco products (enterprise products ie. ISR routers), Small Business Support Center covers the small business line.
