What s.MAC and D.mac for L2vpn(point to point L2vpn,not vpls case) traffic between PE and CE.i need answer for both CE being switch and CE being a router,and protocol  used to learn mac

The Source Mac in both Cases would be the L3 WAN of the CE, and destination Mac would be the far CE end WAN.
