I have Cat 6509 switch with Sup 720 and MSFC3, I need to upgarde the IOS to support MPLS which version I should use?

Also what is the version for 3640 that supports MPLS?

Ahmed,

For both the 6509 and the 3640 you can use Cisco Feature Navigator II (requires a CCO login) available at http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp.
