3560 w/802.1x Port Security

Hello,

My scenerio is:

1- MS IAS Radius

1- Cisco 3560 24PS -s w/ 12.2(25)SEB IOS

Using 802.1x Port Security w/Windows XP Supplicant or IP Phone with Embedded EAP/MD5 Supplicant.

Problem,

After configuring the Switch/Port and IAS per supporting Cisco and MS documentation, I cannot see any communication to the MS Radius server per the MS event log. The Dot1x debug shows my login name for the AD user, but it does not push it through to the Radius. I do get IAS event entries when using switch "username-password" AAA authentication, but nothing when connecting an XP host to the 802.1x port.

Question is:

Do I need to upgrade the switch IOS to support this application?

This issue can occur if the function that displays the network connection icon in the system tray has been turned off. (By default, this function is turned on.) Upgrade the Windows XP.Refer URL
