ACS 3.2 and SP4

As a previous thread mentioned, SP4 is not supported on any version.

However, given that this is a security product, it is obvious that the server which hosts ACS must be patched to SP4 to provide host protection. Consequently, our customers expect that ACS 3.2 will be upgraded to provide compliance with SP4.

What is the timeline plan for this to occur?

If this answer is not known, would someone please contact Jeremy Steiglitz (Product Manager) for an answer?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

We're currently testing ACS 3.1(2) with Win2K SP4 and if all tests finish successfully , then we'll support SP4. There are no plans to test SP4 compatibility with ACS 3.0(3).

However, we plan to release ACS 3.0(4) , which is a new patch on the 3.0 train , around September-October (non-commited timelines) and it will be tested with SP4 too.

Additionally, there are no plans to have a test cycle for 3.2(1) with SP4 but all future versions, like 3.2(2), will be tested with SP4.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

When will 3.1(2) be available. I just made an upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1 because of an issue with AD-Authentication. Now 3.1.1 doesn't work too !

Thanks for informations
