Hi,
I have to change ip address range of my network so what are the best practices for ACS SE 4.2 and remote agent ip address change?
Will the next sequence procedure Work or i forgot something?
1- change first ip address of my Active Directory where remote agent is installed
2- change ip address of ACS SE 4.2 through serial console
3- change ACS configuration GUI for remote agent
Best Regards

If you are going to change the ip scheme of whole network then go like this
--Change the IP of the AD where agent is installed.
--Uninstall the agent from the AD
--Assign the ip to the acs via CLI
--Delete the old agent from the ACS network configuration and add the new one with new ip.
--Install the agent on the AD again and enter the new ip address of the ACS during installation.
--Go to ACS external user database >> windows database > select the new remote agent.
Refresh the agent in the network confguration.

Hi Jatin,
Thanks for your Help!
It's really necessary to uninstall agent in AD?
Couldn't i just stop agent service and change ip address of ACS in CSagent.ini file?
Thanks
Best Regards

Hi,
No its not necessary, you can also stop the service and change it inside the csagent.ini file.
That would be ok.
