We have ACS 5.8.1.4 and periodically getting "Incremental Backup failed" alarm .
After we set the incremental backup button to ON, alarm disappears, but then after a few months the button automatically goes to OFF and alarm appears again and so on. How to get “incremental backup button” always ON and exclude the possibility of an alarm occurring again?
