anyconnect going service not available when attempting to switch to corporate wifi access point

public wifi on the any connect is working . i have tried version 4.7 and 4.9 all having the same issue . the lan is working but not on the wifi

you need to check your environment, is there any FW involved for Wifi transit path. ? is the LAN subnet and Wifi subnet is same?

where is your connect Gateway? inside vlan or outside. so we need more information, rather we keep asking several questions, to understand your setup.

Can you make sure that the wifi parameters in your xml file for anyconnect
NAM are matching the ones configured in your SSID (peap,
authentication,etc) . I suggest to start with all options enabled in xml to
make sure that NAM is working for WiFi. If you don't see the SSIDs from
anyconnect NAM dropdown, then your anyconnect NAM xml isn't configured to
manage wifi.

There are many cisco docs on how to configure the xml.

i was able to see the list of available access point but when you click on it for the corporate wifi , it was just show service not available . lan does not have such issue only the corporate wifi access point and i tried the wifi hotspot from the iphone , no issues too
