Are different OS versions of ISE compatible? Can v1.2 interact with v1.3?

Hi,Recently, I've noticed the file "NACAgentToastApp.exe" which comes with the NAC Agent is taking a lot of process.Does anybody know what this executable is used for ? and can it be deleted ? Thanks !
