From ISE version 3 onwards, ISE VM license is not required? If there's no VM license how to chose the VM spec, any VM size can be used? traditionally ISE used to have device admin, ISE VM license separately.

When I run the ISE installer, it never gives me the opportunity to set an IP address.  It starts the installer automatically.  How can I pause the installer and get a static IP set  properly so it can download the packages?
