Can't upgrade ISE 2.2 because cant use flash adobe player

i want to export my policies and back up everything but it requires flash player, what should i do to upgrade to 3.0?

You can not directly upgrade to ISE 3.0, is this appliance or VM ? single node or distributed deployment?

as i mentioned you need to step by approach upgrade. (depends on what model of the device )
