Hi, can you please advise the best way to check how many of the Plus and Apex licenses applied, are actually in use by ISE over a 3 month period? Is there a CLI command to do this? Or can it only be done via the GUI? The version of ISE being used is 2.3.

I am not aware of a method to do this from the CLI without the root patch and TAC being involved. You can use a browser from the GUI licensing dashboard or API for current point in time. The history piece of this is unknown to me.
https://<ISE MNT node ip>/admin/API/mnt/Session/License/LicenseCountsFromSessionDB
<licenseSessionDBCount>
<base>163585</base>
<intermediate>90055</intermediate>
<premium>14247</premium>
</licenseSessionDBCount>
