At approx. 4:50pm we noticed that all off the MAC address enteries in Identity Groups within Cisco ISE had completly vanished. There are no MAC addresses in any of the Identity groups. The Total Endpoints dropped from 15,000 enteries to 3000 enteries. This happened whilst manually importing ONE MAC address into the Primary admin Cisco ISE.
