Free Radius or TACACS+ t install

Hello Bro,

             I have many switches, routers and others Cisco and non Cisco devices with many credentials through these devices.

and due to complexity now I want to centralized this credentials data base and authorizations too in Radius or TACACS+ server add to my network.

I need Free, secure, and reliable choise you recommend.

You could try freeradius, website here or if you run Windows servers you could install NPS which is a radius server.
