Hello.

As you see a title, I want to backup CA files on ISE(ver 2.7.0.356) and export it to FTP server (Windows 2016).
However, I can`t do that and guess file path would be wrong.

※ FTP service in working.

So, I want to know the causes and solve this problem.

Repository setting is like below.
--------------------------------
●Repository Name : FTP-Repo
●Protocols : ftp
●Location
  Server Name : 172.x.x.x
  Path : /
●Credential : ftpuser
●Password : xxx
--------------------------------

And Error message is like below.

--------------------------------
ERROR StatusLogger Log4j2 could not find a logging implementation. Please add log4j-core to the classpath. Using SimpleLogger to log to the console...

Is not that. Cisco always represents the root directory as / and I´ve been using windows FTP since always.  Which FTP server to you have? Can you try a different one?  Do you see ISE trying to transfer files ?

I used to use Filezilla and always worked for me.

Try with a different protocol like SFTP just to make sure.  It is complaining about the repository although the repository creation is pretty straigthforward.

Where the repository resides?  Is it a Linux server?

Hi, Miranda

Thanks your reply.

I want to backup CA file to Windows Server (FTP Server),
but in ISE path should start with "/".

Typically in Windows, path is assigned like this.
--------
C:\ftp
--------

However, I have to start with "/" when assigning path.

What should I do to solve this problem.
