I am running Cisco ISe 1.1.2. I have many iPhone users that connect to wireless. I have installed a Godaddy cert on my ISE administration server. I can not get the iPhones to trust the cert. My Androids accept it. Any ideas?

Is this for 802.1x or redirection to web portal?

Thanks,
What version of IOS are experiencing these issues also is this a trial certificate? Also you may want to check the ios trusted certificate information to make sure that the intermediate and root certificates' serial number match up.

Just a shot in the dark but you may want to check and see if this helps -

Hello Tarik,
I have seen the first link. Many have been pointing me in this link. While the phones are on the compatibility list I still continute to get the following error message. "Can not rust the GO DADDY ROOT Certificate." With this error message which cert should I be download?
In all actuality should this even be working with ISE 1.1.2?

Hi,
This should work just fine, did you verify that the serial numbers' match up? Also did you check the intermediate certificates.
Thanks,
