IMHO there is no good book on ISE 2.0 because there is no ISE 2.0 book at all.
Im aware of only three books on ISE:
I only have the first one and also know the second one. They don"t cover ISE 2.0. And looking at the TOC of the third, it doesn't look any better.
Not a book at all, but the best documentation for ISE are the design-guides from the ISE product page: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/security/identity-services-engine/products-implementation-design-guides-list.html

No, and with ISE 2.1 available it's probably not worth buying a book about ISE 1.x.

I do have the third book "Practical Deployment of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)" and it is fairly good book for ISE starters with some good tips and tricks but it doesn't touch ISE 2.0 in anyway since it was released way earlier Nov 2015.
I did recently one ISE project with ISE 2.0 and it fairly similar to Cisco ISE 1.4 in many functionalities.
So apart from the many new feature (Different the GUI of ISE 2.0, TACACS+ Support, and others ) you can port all you 1.4 experience to ISE 2.0 and you will be just fine.
So If you are an ISE starter then all the listed books above will hugely benefits you, If you are an ISE 1.x Professional you can easily port all your expirence to ISE 2.0 with no pain and you can learn about the new feature now from Cisco Documentation (only option now).
