Hi all,
customer has a problem that whenhe move AD login for the ise webportal it not working.
using a "general group" for a user where all users are in this group, but he is faced with ISE cannot find his account.
with regard to another issue from the same customer if he does a domain lookup, this isnt working either.
LoginUserInfo returned from UserIdentityManagement =null
could this be related to AD issue?

It would be better if you share you error log out put also chech your authentication policy and for DNS issue if client is not able to resolve the DNS try clearing his DNS cache or check DNS entry, as ISE uses DNS extensivly .

It seems you would like to manage ISE web portal using AD credentials. Please ensure that your customer had configured the same as per the document.
