I currently have ISE setup for a guest hotspot portal and I have noticed that base licenses are being consumed for guest devices that have not been connected for the past 24 hours. My understanding is the ISE knows about the start/end of a session based on Radius start/stop accounting messages. I have checked and Radius accounting has been setup correctly, however, the guest sessions dont seem to be getting removed. My concern is that ISE is going to consume unnecessary licenses.
Should ISE purge inactive sessions after a specific time if it fails to receive the required stop accounting messages?
