If the licenses show as compliant under Administration->System->Licensing then you are good to go.
We've had issues with licenses 43 days ago and the message still appears like yours.
Endpoints will not be affected by this, even if licenses would be out of complience.

There is a subtle diffenence between messages.

"Base license has been out of compliance for 4 days" -> Meaning currently out of compliance.

"Base license was out of compliance for 4 days" -> Meaning they are ok now.

Nothing going to happen from ISE's point of view, get License and install it.

We have already bought the license and we have installed it but it keeps giving me fail

Hi @jgutierrezrafael ,

I remember having the same issue ... the Licensing Alarm is displayed for about 60 days from the first occurrence of Non-Compliant License Use, even if you fix the licensing issue by registering the necessary licenses.

Hope this helps !!!

If you applied for the Licence then you should not get alarms anymore,

I recently had the compliance banner issue too after moving an ISE cluster to 3.0p5.  TAC claims that the banner will disappear after the 60 days.  However, note if you work with TAC there is a way to clear all licensing configuration and reconfigure it from scratch.  This requires DB work, and a re-register to smart portal.  I actually ended up having to work with them to do this for a separate issue, but works like a charm.

I recently had the same issue and I was fortunate enough to be in a position where I had to apply a patch to the ISE 3.0 and after applying the patch, the warning disappeared. I don't think the patch fixed it, but I suspect the reboot of the PAN did. I don't see the point of this lingering warning for 60 days - it's disconcerting.
