I working with one of our customer on their ISE system. The symbols being experienced are On the page: 'Operations > Radius Live Logs' clicking on any specific RADIUS entry results in this error "NO DATA AVAILABLE FOR THIS RECORD EITHER THE DATA IS PURGED OR AUTHENTICATION FOR THIS SESSION RECORD HAPPENED A WEEK AGO OR IF THIS IS AN 'PASSIVE ID' OR 'PASSIVE ID VISIBILITY' SESSION, IT WILL NOT HAVE AUTHENTICATION DETAILS ON ICE BUT ONLY THE SESSION". Do anyone has any idea's why this behavior is being experienced? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
