ISE support for QOS/BW management

What are the capabilities of ISE in enforcing QOS and Bandwidth management per user/location.

There are multiple requests from Customers on the ISE BW management capabilities such as,

1. bandwidth restriction,

2. download volume restriction,

3. time restriction

4. metering the usage etc...

Please share any document addressing this topic in specific.

We currently do not have ways to manage quota so #2 & #4 are not supported.
