ISE Timezone change in existing deployment

Is a timezone change supported in ISE 2.1 without blowing out the configuration? I have seen another post on the question but the documentation is not clear/ contradictory.  I just need a straight answer.

Can someone please address and highlight any pitfalls ?  Is there a procedure I can follow that has been tested?

Hi Henry,

Last time I checked with TAC (around February) it was still impossible to do without reinstalling everything. It seemed baffling to me, but I could not find anyone who has successfully done this without damage.
