i have a pix running 6.2+ an acs server 3.1. sometimes my internet users who r authenticated by acs server doesnt get any auth-promt. after restarting the acs server everything goes fine. so can any one knw what's the problem
Are you talking about PPP authentication through radius or is it device authentication? In any case, do you see any error messages on the local logs? try running a debug ppp authentication and see the error....
