Port 8443 not working on PSN deployment

Hi all,

i have a problema with ISE 2.1 patch3.

We have 2 nodes (1 primary admin/sec monitor and 1 sec admin/pri monitor).

Guest portal on Node1 is working fine (port 8443) but is not working on Nodes2.

Typing command "show ports" on node2 there is not IP address associated to port 8443.

Could someone help me?

Thanks

Marco

I suggest making sure the PSN node is synchronized by going to Administration > Deployment page. Also, try restarting ISE server on the node as well.

Hello Marco,

Did you find the solution for your issue?

I had the same.

Thank you in advance,

I suggest making sure the PSN node is synchronized by going to Administration > Deployment page. Also, try restarting ISE server on the node as well.

Is this really the solution to the problem?
I am having ISE 2.4 with 4 PSNs, 2 PSNs are having all ports up, but the other 2 PSNs are not having 8443 & 8445 ports up, when I execute the command "show Ports". I have tried re-sync and also reloaded the nodes too still no luck.
Can you please tell if the solution really worked for you provided by Cisco Employee

yes otherwise reach out to the TAC
