tacacs failed with errno 257

I have a ACS 3.2 and a router 2811 tried to authenticated it. When i put a debug tacacs the router displays "write to 192.168.241.200 failed with errno 257((ENOTCONN))" the connectivity is ok but the request doesn´t arrive to acs, the other devices work ok, with the same configuration. I need to know if there are a solution for this issue.

I have the same issue (ENOTCONN error) on 2811 running 12.4.4-12.4.13a ip-base IOS.

Connectivity, tacacs key and ACS(3.3) double checked already.

I had a same error and due to some misconfiguration it was starting blocked on the firewall. Have to allow port 49 towards ACS server and it started working.

I had a similar symptom on my lab too, using a free TACACS+ server. I confirm that it's probably a firewall issue as it has been said. Disable the firewall for a while and see what happens.
