My trial version of acs 4.1 will be expiring next month. My company is going to purchase the product from our re-seller.
Is there an unlock code or do I have to unistall the trial and re-install the non-trial version?

There is no unlock code. Simply take backup from current acs and restore it on new acs 4.1
