I need some help in assigning the IP addresses (172.25.25.0/28 Network) to 4 routers located in 4 different branches, I want to the LAN users to get the IP addresses from /28 network, Please see the topology attached to the message.
In your topology, each lan should have a different network, you cannot have the same network, with the same mask on 4 different LANs.
What you can do is have 4 different networks with mask 28 or divide the network into 4 different networks with mask 30.
as @luis_cordova said, you cant assign the same network in your four routers.
Looks a exemple below how to address it:
Between R1 and R2:
172.25.25.0/30 - R1: 172.25.25.1/30 / R2: 172.25.25.2/30
Between R2 and R3:
172.25.25.4/30 - R2: 172.25.25.5/30 / R3: 172.25.25.6/30
Between R3 and R4:
172.25.25.8/30 - R3: 172.25.25.9/30 / R4: 172.25.25.10/30
Hope that it can help you.
Thank you for your reply.
Could you please give an example of the having 4 different networks with mask 28 or divide the network into 4 different networks with mask 30, please ?
4 networks with /28
4 networks with mask /30, from the indicated network (172.25.25.0/28)
