all Device State unreachable on Campus after ACS login

Hello,

I have set up LMS 2.5 with a local admin user. works fine

- After i active ACS Logon

- i create the same user name in the ACS

with network admin role on Campus,RME..

- and now all my devices are in state Unreachable in campus(they are red in view) and user tracking don't work.

But RME,ciscoview, CSS works fine !

any idea ? thx a lot

** for the others acs admin user, it's the same pb (unreachable state).

If the ACS - LMS integration wasn't successful, then you wouldn't be able to access the devices via RME

In any case, the devices showing up as Unreachable means that Campus Manager is not able to communicate with the devices correctly via SNMP.

Set up a packet capture and check what community string Campus Manager is using.
