ANI Device synchronisation

Hi all,

I have imported devices from a file to RME and tried synchronising the ANI to no avail. All services are running normally and the status log states that the synchronisation was successful with number of devices =0.

Any ideas?

Synchronize from RME to ANI has never worked and it is one of the Cisco's "Not recommended" method. Your best bet is to do the device discover in ANI.

I am having this problem as well. I'm not sure I can accept that is a feature that just does not work. Does anyone else have any insight on how to troubleshoot this. "Not Recommended" or not they should ship a feature that is documented that doesn't work.
