ASA Dropping Users

Hello, I have a few users complaining about VPN drops. The logs show a few interesting items that I cannot find documentation on.

One error seems straight forward 

SVC closing connection: DPD failure 

I assume this is just a dead peer and the ASA drops the connection.

The other I see is 

SVC closing connection: Transport closing.

I can't seem to find anything on this one. 

Any help is appreciated.

 - What software version is the ASA using ? Which VPN software + version are the clients using ? On which platform ? What is the OS-version of the platform being used ?

Hi,

    Do the users complain about actually being disconnected from the VPN? As otherwise it may just be a user which has disconnected from the network (like left home from Starbucks from where he was connected to the VPN), thus DPD on the ASA failed and disconnected the session to save resources. If this is the case, those are normal messages.
