Dear Team,
Please my ASR1002 is not loading completely. when accessed via console, the below error message is displaced and i cannot enter rommon mode neither can i do any other thing else from console

The router got stuck during boot process and showing below message via console. basically, it got stuck showing the below message

I am logging through console but it won't let me allow to get a prompt. i have reboot it 2 times but it stops responding at System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(33r)XNC, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

- This looks like a basic and or possibly a hardware problem. Have a cold power cycle of the device. Keep the console connected. Look for error messages during power up, if any.

@marce1000 no Error message when power cycle, the device will load and stopped at same message;

- Seems like factory defaults reset remains an only possible left over option , a procedure can be found in the link below. However if that does not work neither , the device is corrupt and probably needs to be replaced (RMA). Discuss the situation further with Cisco TAC.

(forgot to mention) -> Also check if there any led status indicators , pointing to severe problems.
