Automatic Scipt for capture CPU and Memory utilization

Is there any way to write a script for Cisco switches to pull the CPU and Memery utilization .

kindly help me if any ideas

Alternatively to what Sep mentioned, you can use an snmp agent (plenty freeware out there) that pulls the cpu and mem utilisation OID
