Hi all, is there a way to backup IOS of Cisco 1921 using a cable directly connected to console?

yes if your using putty go to logging all session output -save it to your desktop , then access the device over serial and do a sh run it will be copied to your desktop then go back into logging and select none to stop it
or other options through hyperT
