BGP Finite State Machine RFC is not correct when comparing to cisco

Nothing of what the RFC tell really happened.

 

what really happening is that the router will move from idle to active .. and if the three-way-handshake finished ... one of the two router will move from active to idle to connect !!! and you will see that on the debug from the passive open after the TCP hand shack on the right screen debug .

The FSM is not a RFC compliant. I tried to resolve this last year without success:

And the best is that several books covering BGP doenst explain this correctly and just brings another confusion to the topic.
