Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help, I have 7 Cisco 3750s that as soon as the Data Collection Schedule kicks in, every 4 hours, SNMP stops on the switches. The switches are still available on the network however Fault Manager and our separate SNMP monitoring tool flag up the issue.
I have other 3750 switches with the same IOS on them and they are not affected.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance,
David.

When this problem occurs, you need to capture the output of "show stack PID" from a switch where PID is the process ID of the SNMP ENGINE and IP SNMP processes. You may need to run these commands a few times in quick succession while the problem is occurring. Post the output as well as the show version from the switch.

I need the show ver from this switch to be able to decode the stack.

This looks like CSCsz89393. If switch stacks contain more than four high-capacity switches, SNMP can be slow to respond. The fix is in 12.2(50)SE3 or 12.2(52)SE.
