Can I get a backup of my license from MSE?

I'm trying to upgrade MSE.

I would like to know if there are cases where the license is lost during the upgrade process.

I would like to make a backup before starting work. Please let me know if it is possible to back up the license through the GUI.

It may not be necessary to access the license in MSE
do you also use PI ?  then the license is stored in PI and made available to the MSE

As far as I know, the MSE license is included separately in the Pi.

Is that correct?

If so, you need to check whether you need to add the mse license once again when reinstalling pi.
