Hi,
Its always recommended not to install any third party application on which CiscoWorks is installed. Try to install the all the third party application and then try restarting the daemon manager from the command line of the LMS server
C:\net stop crmdmgtd
C:\net start crmdmgtd ( wait for atleast 20 minutes before login back to CiscoWorks server)
if the issue still persist, kindly share the pdshow output from the server. Run the command to collect pdshow output in text file. It will be C:\pdshow.txt
C:\pdshow > C:\pdshow.txt
Thanks,
Gaganjeet
