can't access to CIMC

Dear team ;

I'am not able to log into CIMC , i get that error message This application requires Flash Player v9.0.246 or higher

now the Flash Player is not supported, i don't know how to do to fix that issue CIMC.PNG

Hi

 have you tried with a different interent browser? This looks like browser problem and not CIMC problem.  Also, are you able to access using SSH?

i tried with a different internet browser , but the issue still happening

when i click on adobe flash player i redirect to this page https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

i didn't try with ssh

Do you receive the CIMC login page, at least? 

Which CIMC version are you running?  You can try upgrade it using SSH.   It is a production environment?  What do you run over this CIMC?  It is working properly, whatever what is it.

How would I go about upgrading the cimc using ssh?

Talk to your office and see if they can provide a freshly-built Windows 7 machine. 

We are experiencing this issue also in our environment and is there any solution or work around to fix this issue from Cisco yet?

you could try to install an older version of a browser that still supports Flash. For Firefox, this is version 84 (download link below)...
