See Alert Summary on Prime Infrastructure

Hi Guys,

I want to review the alerts that has been generated by Cisco PI, especially the one generated from custom monitoring policy. I have been looking into the system but so far got nothing. The details that I want to have is the severity of the alerts, the device name, and time of occurrence. I can manually track back via the email alerts sent, but it requires so much time and attention to do. Thank you.

What kind of devices, they configured as expected ?

If all configured as expected, you should see some alerts here :

Monitor > Monitoring Tools > Alarms and Events

Hi Balaji,

I configured custom monitoring policies for access points. The PI version is 3.7.

I have checked on the Monitor > Monitoring Tools > Alarms and Events menu. I can see other events triggered for the access points, but not my custom monitoring policies.
