Can't connect to new router 2900 via console cable.

hi,

I can't connect to my newly purchased router 2900 using serial cable and it has no display on the terminal? before console i working fine but today its'not working.

Note: telnet is working.

I Tried the Following.

Change new workstation for testing, Console cable, terminal, use usb-serial & change baud rate but the result is same it's blank.

also verify line console 0 run all configuration.

Please ensure that you have correctly configured your terminal emulator settings properly. The default settings can be found here.

Edit: Also if you are attempting to use this on a device without a native DB-9 (Serial) port, and are using a USB to Serial convertor, then this may also be causing your problems, without further information I cannot help any further.
