So after battling for a while, I finally figured out that CCP only opens properly if I run it as an Administrator. My hopes were cut short again because the next problem I encountered was that when it opens, only a quarter of the browser screen is diplayed. Check out the screenshot to see what I mean. I have the latest version of java and flash. I also tried this on Chrome and Firefox but get the same result.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Do you know how to fix it? Please help because I need to familiarise myself with CCP for the exam. Any feedback appreciated.
