Am receiving the below oid and I cannot translate it all..
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.254.0.2
This is what I can trasnlate till now:

Cannot find any mib for this

It's part of the SLB (Server Load Balancing) MIB. I don't see the .2 object ID but .1 is documented here:
It apears to be related to the FT (Fault Tolerance) state of the ACE:

Assuming that logging is enabled on your ACE, I would check the ACE local log to correlate the SNMP trap with a log event.
