Is there an ACS system version to run on windows 2008 R2 server?

Hi,

No, Cisco ACS no longer uses the Windows OS. ACS is now available as an appliance, virtual and physical.

ACS for Windows is end of life. The old ACS for Windows 4.2 supported Windows 2008 but not Windows 2008 R2.
