in our customer buy 3number of cisco c1000-48P-4x-L switch, this type of switch stacking means which type of modular and fiber cable using for cisco recommended. kindly look at the case.

you cannot do HW stacking for this 1000 series. you can use switch uplinks to connect each other. fiber or copper is not a problem. if switches are close enough and placed inside of building, you can easily use copper. use CAT6 to connect if using copper ports. or if you using 1G / 10G transceivers on uplinks, you can use fiber.

CAt 1K working in different way compare to unlike Cat 9K or 2K or 3K switches.
