Simple Question. I am having difficulty logging into a new cisco switch to manage the switch directly. I am able to get to the login, but I am unable to log into the switch using the default information U: Cisco P: SN on switch. Am I missing something? It says the chassis SN, where is that located? If it is in anyway different from the SN that is visible from the top of the switch. The switch is a Cisco Catalyst 9200L 24 4x1G. We routinely order large amounts of them, but this is the first time that we need to manually manage one.
