Cisco CP Express hangs

Hi Guys,

I have a 2951 brand new and have configured it from teh CLI but the customer is looking to manage it via GUI.  When browse, I get login screen's etc for Config Prof, it loads up and then I get the progress bar that comes up saying that it's "parsing the config".  It get's half way through the progress bar and just hangs there and doesn't move

I can see the logins from teh CLI, it's not an authentication issue.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this?

I had this exact same problem.  What worked for me was going into Java settings and unchecking/disable the "Use TLS 1.0" setting.
