Thanks Rob,I had "assumed" that the "CF No Coverage" was doing what I wanted, I didn't realise it wasn't working until the user came back to me. My own fault for not testing it first!!THanks again for the quick responseNeil

Hey Rob, thanks for the prompt reply.I just realised left out a crucial but of info!! Both phones are set to CFNA to each other. So in my example above, DN5678 as the same settings with CFNA set to DN1234.Is a huntgroup the only option??Thanks,Neil
