Cisco FDM webui Login failed

Hi, I have a problem about login to FPR (FDM) Webui.

It happens irregularly, error message is "unable to authorize access..."

Wait a few minutes and log in again.
Admin account is not locked.

Even if the WebUI cannot log in, SSH access is possible.

There is no policy change or OS change, and it has started to occur frequently recently.
Also, while administrator A is logged in and the session is connected, the above error message appears in administrator B and sometimes login is not possible.

what is the version of FTD, check upgrading to latest version what cisco suggesting.

what is the uptime of the firewall ? I don't want to be cheap, but sometimes a simple reboot (after hours obviously) can help...

Uptime is 250 days 22 hours

I can't reboot firewall, my customer never allow..

+ A co-worker of mine told me that login becomes impossible after setting deployment.
He said that when the system deploys, a login error must occur.
Do you think it's right when you think about it?
